Arabic (Original)
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ قَدِمَ نَاسٌ مِنْ عُرَيْنَةَ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَاجْتَوَوُا الْمَدِينَةَ فَقَالَ لَهُمُ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لَوْ خَرَجْتُمْ إِلَى ذَوْدِنَا فَشَرِبْتُمْ مِنْ أَلْبَانِهَا " . قَالَ وَقَالَ قَتَادَةُ " وَأَبْوَالِهَا " . فَخَرَجُوا إِلَى ذَوْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَلَمَّا صَحُّوا كَفَرُوا بَعْدَ إِسْلاَمِهِمْ وَقَتَلُوا رَاعِيَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مُؤْمِنًا وَاسْتَاقُوا ذَوْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَانْطَلَقُوا مُحَارِبِينَ فَأَرْسَلَ فِي طَلَبِهِمْ فَأُخِذُوا فَقَطَّعَ أَيْدِيَهُمْ وَأَرْجُلَهُمْ وَسَمَّرَ أَعْيُنَهُمْ .
English Translation
It is narrated that Hadrat Anas (may Allah be well pleased with him) said: "Some people from 'Uraynah came to the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) [SAW], but the climate of Al-Madinah did not suit them. The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) [SAW] said to them: 'Why don't you go out to our camels and drink their milk?'" - (one of the narrators) Qatadah said: 'And their urine.' - "So they went out to the camels of the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) [SAW], but when they recovered they killed the herdsman of the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) [SAW], who was a believer, and drove off the camels of the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) [SAW], and left as those at war. He sent (men) after them and they were caught. Then he had their hands and feet cut off, and branded their eyes
Urdu Translation
حضرت انس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں: عرینہ کے کچھ لوگ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی خدمت میں آئے لیکن مدینے کی آب و ہوا ان کے لیے موافق نہ تھی۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ان سے فرمایا: اگر تم ہمارے اونٹوں کے پاس جاؤ اور ان کا دودھ پیو۔ قتادہ نے کہا: اور پیشاب بھی۔ وہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے اونٹوں کے پاس نکلے۔ جب صحت یاب ہوئے تو اسلام کے بعد کافر ہو گئے اور رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے مومن چرواہے کو قتل کر دیا اور رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے اونٹ ہانک لے گئے اور محارب بن کر چلے گئے۔ آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ان کے تعاقب میں آدمی بھیجے اور وہ پکڑے گئے۔ آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ان کے ہاتھ پاؤں کٹوائے اور آنکھوں میں سلائی پھیری۔
