Arabic (Original)
أَخْبَرَنِي مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي الْمُفَضَّلُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ، عَنْ عَيَّاشِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ الأَشَجِّ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ حَفْصَةَ، زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " رَوَاحُ الْجُمُعَةِ وَاجِبٌ عَلَى كُلِّ مُحْتَلِمٍ " .
English Translation
It is narrated by Hadrat Hafsah (may Allah be well pleased with her), the wife of the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) that:the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: "Going to Jumu'ah is obligatory for everyone who has reached the age of puberty
Urdu Translation
حضرت اُمّ المؤمنین حفصہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: جمعہ کے لیے ( مسجد ) جانا ہر بالغ مرد پر فرض ہے ۔
