English Translation
Narrated Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) from the Prophet (peace be upon him): He (peace be upon him) said, "There are five animals for whose killing there is no sin upon the one who kills them within the Haram and in the state of ihram; those animals are: 1. the mouse, 2. the scorpion, 3. the crow, 4. the kite, 5. the rabid dog."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمسے روایت کرتے ہیں کہآپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: پانچ جانور ایسے ہیں کہ ان کو حرم میں اور احرام کی حالت میں قتل کرنے والے پر کوئی گناہ نہیں ہے، وہ جانور یہ ہیں: 1۔ چوہا۔ 2۔ بچھو۔ 3۔ کوّا۔ 4۔ چیل۔ 5۔ پاگل کتا۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 684]
