English Translation
Abdullah ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated that a man asked the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him): "Which Islam is best?" He said: "That you feed the hungry and extend the greeting of peace to those you know and those you do not know."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہایک شخص نے رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمسے پوچھا کہ کون سا اسلام بہتر ہے؟ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: یہ کہ تو (بھوکے شخص اور مہمان کو) کھانا کھلائے اور ہر شخص کو سلام کرے خواہ تو اس کو پہنچانتا ہو یا نہ پہچانتا ہو۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 63]
