English Translation
Narrated Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Let no woman fast (a voluntary fast) while her husband is present in the house except with his permission, and let her not admit anyone (of her mahrams) into his house when he is at home except with his permission (and when he is not present, then all the more should no one be admitted without his prior command and consent, which is already known); and whatever she spends from his earning without his permission, half the reward of that goes to her husband as well (that is, the man for earning and the woman for giving)."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: کوئی عورت (نفل) روزہ نہ رکھے جبکہ اس کا شوہر گھر میں موجود ہو مگر اس کی اجازت سے (رکھے) اور نہ اس کے گھر میں کسی (اپنے محرم) کو آنے دے جب وہ گھر پر ہو مگر اس کی اجازت سے (پھر جب وہ حاضر نہ ہو تو بدرجہ اولیٰ اس کے حکم اور رضا کے جو پہلے سے معلوم ہو چکی ہو، کسی کو آنے نہ دینا چاہئیے) اور اس کی کمائی سے اس کی اجازت کے بغیر جو کچھ خرچ کرتی ہے تو اس میں بھی اس کے مرد کو آدھا ثواب ہے (یعنی مرد کو کمانے کا اور عورت کو دینے کا)۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 554]
