English Translation
The Mother of the Believers Aisha as-Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) said: The family of Muhammad (peace be upon him) did not eat their fill of wheat bread for two consecutive days, except that on one of the days they had only dates.
Urdu Translation
ام المؤمنین عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہمحمدصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکی آل دو دن تک گندم کی روٹی سے سیر نہیں ہوئی مگر ایک دن صرف کھجور ملی۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 2072]
