English Translation
It is narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Have you heard of a city one side of which is land and one side of which is sea?" The Companions said, "Yes, O Messenger of Allah! We have heard of it (that is, Constantinople)." He (peace be upon him) said, "The Hour will not be established until seventy thousand people of the descendants of Isaac (peace be upon him) fight against this city. When they come to this city, they will encamp. They will fight with no weapon and shoot no arrow, but will say 'There is no god but Allah, and Allah is the Greatest,' and one side of it, the side facing the sea, will fall. Then a second time they will say 'There is no god but Allah, and Allah is the Greatest,' and its other side will fall. Then a third time they will say 'There is no god but Allah, and Allah is the Greatest,' and it will open up from every side. So they will enter the city and take spoils. While they are dividing the spoils, suddenly a caller will come and call out, 'The Dajjal has appeared!' So they will leave everything and return (toward the Dajjal)."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہنبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: کیا تم نے ایسے شہر کے متعلق سنا ہے جس کے ایک جانب خشکی اور ایک جانب سمندر ہے؟ صحابہ نے کہا کہ ہاں یا رسول اللہ! ہم نے سنا ہے (یعنی قسطنطنیہ ہے)۔ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا کہ قیامت قائم نہ ہو گی یہاں تک کہ اس شہر سے اسحاق علیہ السلام کی اولاد میں سے ستر ہزار لوگ لڑیں گے۔ پس جب اس شہر کے پاس آئیں گے تو اتر پڑیں گے۔ بس ہتھیار سے لڑیں گے نہ تیر ماریں گے، بلکہ ((لا الٰہ الا اللہ واللہ اکبر)) کہیں گے تو اس کی دریا والی طرف گر پڑے گی۔ پھر دوسری بار ((لا الٰہ الا اللہ واللہ اکبر)) کہیں گے تو اس کی دوسری طرف گر پڑے گی۔ پھر تیسری بار ((لا الٰہ الا اللہ واللہ اکبر)) کہیں گے تو ہر طرف سے کھل جائے گا۔ پس وہ اس شہر میں گھس پڑیں گے اور مال غنیمت لوٹیں گے۔ جب وہ مال غنیمت کو بانٹ رہے ہوں گے کہ اچانک ایک پکارنے والا آ کر پکارے گا کہ دجال نکل آیا ہے تو وہ ہر چیز کو چھوڑ کر (دجال کی طرف) لوٹ آئیں گے۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 2014]
