English Translation
It is narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "This fire of yours, which a man kindles, is one part of seventy parts of the fire of Hell." The people said, "O Messenger of Allah! By Allah! This fire itself would have been enough (for burning)." He (peace be upon him) said, "It is sixty-nine parts hotter than that, and each part has as much heat as this."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: یہ تمہاری آگ جس کو آدمی روشن کرتا ہے، جہنم کی آگ کے ستر حصوں میں سے ایک حصہ ہے۔ لوگوں نے عرض کیا کہ یا رسول اللہ! اللہ کی قسم! یہی آگ (جلانے کو) کافی تھی۔ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا کہ وہ تو اس سے انہتر حصے زیادہ گرم ہے اور ہر حصہ میں اتنی ہی گرمی ہے۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1976]
