English Translation
Narrated Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) was carrying stones with the people for the construction of the Ka'bah, and he was wearing a lower garment (waist-wrap). Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him), who was his uncle, said: "O my nephew! It would be better if you took off your waist-wrap and placed it on your shoulder." So he untied his waist-wrap and placed it on his shoulder, but at that very moment he fell down unconscious. And from that day on, he was never seen naked.
Urdu Translation
سیدنا جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلملوگوں کے ساتھ تعمیر کعبہ کے لئے پتھر ڈھو رہے تھے اور آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمتہبند باندھے ہوئے تھے کہ سیدنا عباس رضی اللہ عنہ جو آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکے چچا تھے، نے کہا کہ اے میرے بھتیجے! تم اپنی ازار اتار کر کندھے پر ڈال لو تو اچھا ہے۔ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے ازار کھول کر کندھے پر ڈال لی تو اسی وقت غش کھا کر گر پڑے۔ پھر اس دن سے آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکو ننگا نہیں دیکھا گیا۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 160]
