English Translation
Abdullah ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) says: When he (peace be upon him) returned from the Battle of the Confederates (Ahzab), he (peace be upon him) proclaimed that no one should pray the Zuhr prayer except in the quarter of Banu Qurayzah. Some people feared that the prayer might be missed, so they prayed before reaching there, and some said, "We will not pray except where the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) has commanded, even if the prayer is missed." Then he (peace be upon him) was not displeased with either of the two groups.
Urdu Translation
سیدنا عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہجب آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمغزوہ احزاب سے لوٹے، تو آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے منادی کی کہ کوئی ظہر کی نماز نہ پڑھے مگر بنی قریظہ کے محلہ میں۔ بعض لوگ ڈرے کہ ایسا نہ ہو کہ نماز قضاء ہو جائے۔ انہوں نے وہاں پہنچنے سے پہلے نماز پڑھ لی اور بعض نے کہا کہ ہم نہیں پڑھیں گے مگر جہاں رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے حکم دیا ہے اگرچہ نماز قضاء ہو جائے۔ پھر آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمدونوں گروہوں میں سے کسی گروہ پر خفا نہیں ہوئے۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1176]
