English Translation
Narrated al-Bara (may Allah be pleased with him): A man from Banu Nabit (a tribe of the Ansar) came and said, "I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allah the Exalted, and that you (peace be upon him) are His servant and His messenger who conveys His message." Then he advanced and kept fighting until he was killed. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "He did little and was rewarded much." [Mukhtasar Sahih Muslim, Hadith: 1090]
Urdu Translation
سیدنا براء رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہبنی نبیت (جو انصار کا ایک قبیلہ ہے) کا ایک شخص آیا اور کہنے لگا کہ میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ اللہ تعالیٰ کے سوا کوئی عبادت کے لائق نہیں اور آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلماس کے بندے اور اس کے پیغام پہنچانے والے ہیں۔ پھر آگے بڑھا اور لڑتا رہا، یہاں تک کہ مارا گیا۔ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا کہ اس نے عمل تھوڑا کیا اور ثواب بہت پایا۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1090]
