English Translation
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Prophet (peace be upon him) that he said: "An injury caused by a well is without liability, an injury caused by a mine is without liability, and an injury caused by an animal is without liability; and in buried treasure or a mineral deposit there is a fifth (as zakat). (Rikaz is treasure found buried in the earth.)" [Mukhtasar Sahih Muslim, Hadith: 1033]
Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمسے روایت کرتے ہیں کہآپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: کہ کنوئیں کا زخم لغو ہے اور کان کا زخم لغو ہے اور جانور کا زخم لغو ہے اور معدنیاتی کان یا دفینہ میں پانچواں حصہ (بطور زکوٰۃ) ہے۔ (رکاز وہ خزانہ ہے جو زمین میں دفن شدہ ملے)۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1033]
