Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " خَيْرُ صُفُوفِ الرِّجَالِ أَوَّلُهَا وَشَرُّهَا آخِرُهَا وَخَيْرُ صُفُوفِ النِّسَاءِ آخِرُهَا وَشَرُّهَا أَوَّلُهَا " .
English Translation
Zuhair ibn Harb narrated to us, he said: Jarir narrated to us, from Suhail, from his father, from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him), who said: The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: 'The best rows for men are the first rows and the worst are the last. And the best rows for women are the last rows and the worst are the first.'
Urdu Translation
ہم سے زہیر بن حرب نے بیان کیا، کہا: ہم سے جریر نے بیان کیا، سہیل سے، انہوں نے اپنے والد سے، انہوں نے حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی، فرمایا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ''مردوں کی بہترین صف پہلی ہے اور بدترین صف آخری ہے، اور عورتوں کی بہترین صف آخری ہے اور بدترین صف پہلی ہے۔''
