Arabic (Original)
قَالَ عَمْرٌو حَدَّثَنِي جَعْفَرُ بْنُ رَبِيعَةَ، عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ الأَشَجِّ، عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ، مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ، زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِذَلِكَ .
English Translation
This hadith has been narrated by Hadrat Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be well pleased with them both) on the authority of Hadrat Maimuna (may Allah be well pleased with her), the wife of the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), by another chain of transmitters.
Urdu Translation
یعقوب بن اشج نے حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما کے آزاد کردہ غلام کریب سے، انہوں نے نبی صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی زوجہ حضرت اُمّ المؤمنین میمونہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے یہی حدیث بیان کی ہے۔
