وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ يَحْيَى، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، . بِهَذِهِ الْقِصَّةِ فِي طَعَامِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَقَالَ فِيهِ فَقَامَ أَبُو طَلْحَةَ عَلَى الْبَابِ حَتَّى أَتَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ لَهُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّمَا كَانَ شَىْءٌ يَسِيرٌ . قَالَ " هَلُمَّهُ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ سَيَجْعَلُ فِيهِ الْبَرَكَةَ " .
English Translation
Hadrat Anas b. Malik reported this incident pertaining to the feast given by Abu Hadrat Talha to Allah's Messenger (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) with the addition of these words:" Abu Hadrat Talha stood at the door (to welcome the honourable guest) until the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) (may peacec be upon him) came there, He (Abu Hadrat Talha) said to him: the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), the thing (we intend to offer you as a meal) is small in quantity. Thereupon he (the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)) said: Bring that, for Allah will soon bless it (and increase it)
Urdu Translation
یحییٰ ( مازنی ) نے حضرت انس بن ما لک رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے حضرت ابو حضرت طلحہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ کے کھا نے کا یہی قصہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے حوالےسے بیان کیا اور اس میں کہا : حضرت ابو حضرت طلحہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ دروازے پر کھڑے ہو گئے ۔ یہاں تک کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم تشریف لا ئے حضرت ابو حضرت طلحہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے کہا اللہ کےرسول صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم !صرف تھوڑا ساکھانا تھا آپ نے فرما یا : " لے آؤ اللہ تعا لیٰ عنقریب اس میں برکت ڈال دے گا ۔
