Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَغْزُو بِأُمِّ سُلَيْمٍ وَنِسْوَةٍ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ مَعَهُ إِذَا غَزَا فَيَسْقِينَ الْمَاءَ وَيُدَاوِينَ الْجَرْحَى .
English Translation
It has been narrated on the authority of Hadrat Anas b. Malik who said that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) allowed Hadrat Umm Sulaim and some other women of the Ansar to accompany him when he went to war; they would give water (to the soldiers) and would treat the wounded
Urdu Translation
حضرت انس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے ، انہوں نے کہا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم جب جنگ کرتے تو ام سلیم رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا اور انصار کی کچھ دوسری عورتوں کو ساتھ لے جا کر جنگ کرتے ، وہ پانی پلاتیں اور زخمیوں کی مرہم پٹی کرتی تھیں
