Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا الأَعْمَشُ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَهُ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ " فَعَصَيْتُ فَلِيَ النَّارُ " .
English Translation
A'mash narrated this hadith with the same chain of transmitters, with this change of words that he (the Satan) said:I disobeyed and I am doomed to Hell
Urdu Translation
وکیع نے اعمش سے اسی سند کے ساتھ یہی حدیث بیان کی ۔ فرق یہ ہے کہ وکیع نے ( فأبيت..... ’’ میں نے انکار کیا ‘ ‘ کے بجائے ) فعصيت فعلي النار ’’ میں نے نافرمانی کی تو میرے لیے جہنم ( مقدر ) ہوئی ‘ ‘ کہا ۔
