Arabic (Original)
وَعَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ: قِيلَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَيُّ الدُّعَاءِ أَسْمَعُ؟ قَالَ: «جَوْفُ اللَّيْلِ الآخر ودبر الصَّلَوَات المكتوبات» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ
English Translation
Hadrat Abu Umama said that God’s Messenger was asked which supplication is most readily listened to, and replied, “What is offered in the latter part of the depth of the night and after the prescribed prayers.” Tirmidhi transmitted it.
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابو امامہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے پوچھا گیا: کون سی دعا سب سے زیادہ سنی جاتی ہے؟ فرمایا: رات کے آخری حصے میں اور فرض نمازوں کے بعد (مانگی جانے والی دعا)۔ (ترمذی)
