Arabic (Original)
وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّ فِي الْجَنَّةِ مِائَةَ دَرَجَةٍ مَا بَيْنَ كُلِّ دَرَجَتَيْنِ مِائَةُ عَامٍ». رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَقَالَ: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ
English Translation
Abu Hurayrah reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "In Paradise there are a hundred levels; between each two levels is a distance like between the heaven and the earth. Al-Firdaws is the highest of them, and from it the four rivers of Paradise spring forth. So when you ask Allah, ask Him for al-Firdaws." Narrated by al-Tirmidhi.
Urdu Translation
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں، رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا:”جنت میں سو درجے ہیں، ہر دو درجوں کے درمیان سو سال کی مسافت ہے۔“ترمذی، اور فرمایا: یہ حدیث حسن غریب ہے۔ صحیح، رواہ الترمذی۔[مشكوة المصابيح/كتاب أحوال القيامة وبدء الخلق/حدیث: 5632]
