وَعَن قيس بن عَاصِم: أَنَّهُ أَسْلَمَ فَأَمَرَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَغْتَسِلَ بِمَاءٍ وَسِدْرٍ. رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ وَالنَّسَائِيُّ
English Translation
Qais b. ‘Asim said that when he accepted Islam the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) commanded him to bathe with water and lote-tree leaves. Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud and Nasa’i transmitted it.
Urdu Translation
حضرت قیس بن عاصم رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں: جب انہوں نے اسلام قبول کیا تو نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے انہیں حکم دیا کہ بیری کے پتوں ملے پانی سے غسل کریں۔ (ترمذی، ابو داؤد، نسائی)
