وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: يَا خَيْرَ الْبَرِيَّةِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «ذَاكَ إِبْرَاهِيم». رَوَاهُ مُسلم
English Translation
Aishah, may Allah be pleased with her, reported that Sahla bint Suhail came to the Prophet, peace be upon him, and said: "O Messenger of Allah, I see displeasure on Abu Hudhaifah's face when Salim enters upon me." The Prophet said: "Breastfeed him." She said: "How can I breastfeed him when he is a grown man?" The Messenger of Allah smiled and said: "I know he is a grown man." So she breastfed him, and after that Abu Hudhaifah's displeasure ceased. She said: "I have breastfed him, and what was in Abu Hudhaifah's heart has gone."
Urdu Translation
انس رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں، ایک آدمی نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا تو اس نے آپ سے پوچھا: مخلوق میں سے بہترین شخصیت! رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا:”وہ ابراہیم ؑ ہیں۔“رواہ مسلم۔[مشكوة المصابيح/كتاب الآداب/حدیث: 4896]
