Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى عَنْ مَالِك عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ احْتَجَمَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ فَوْقَ رَأْسِهِ وَهُوَ يَوْمَئِذٍ بِلَحْيَيْ جَمَلٍ مَكَانٌ بِطَرِيقِ مَكَّةَ.
English Translation
Malik said, "I have heard people of knowledge saying that the kaffara specified by the Beloved Messenger of Allah for a man who has intercourse with his wife during the day in Ramadan is not due from someone who, on a day when he is making up the fast of Ramadan, breaks his fast by having intercourse with his wife, or whatever. He only has to make up for that day." Malik said, "This is what I like most out of what I have heard about the matter."
Urdu Translation
حضرت سلیمان بن یسار سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے احرام کی حالت میں اپنے سر مبارک کے اوپر پچھنے لگوائے اور اس دن آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم لحی جمل نامی جگہ پر تھے جو مکہ کے راستے میں ہے۔
