Arabic (Original)
وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ، أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " أَنَا وَكَافِلُ الْيَتِيمِ لَهُ أَوْ لِغَيْرِهِ فِي الْجَنَّةِ كَهَاتَيْنِ إِذَا اتَّقَى " . وَأَشَارَ بِإِصْبُعَيْهِ الْوُسْطَى وَالَّتِي تَلِي الإِبْهَامَ .
English Translation
Yahya (upon him be peace) related to me from Malik that Safwan ibn Sulaym heard that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said, "I and the one who guards the orphan, whether for himself or for someone else, will be like these two in the Garden, when he has taqwa," indicating his middle and index fingers.
Urdu Translation
صفوان بن سلیم کو پہنچا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا میں یتیم کا پالنے والا خواہ یتیم کا عزیز ہو یا غیر، بہشت میں ایسے ہیں جیسے یہ دونوں انگلیان جبکہ پرہیزگاری کرے اور آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے اشارہ کیا کلمہ کی انگلی اور بیچ کی انگی کی طرف ۔
