992 صحيح حديث جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، نَهى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الْمُخَابَرَةِ وَالْمُحَاقَلَةِ وَعَنِ الْمُزَابَنَةِ وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهَا، وَأَنْ لاَ تُبَاعَ إِلاَّ بِالدِّينَارِ وَالدِّرْهَمِ إِلاَّ الْعَرَايَا
English Translation
Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that Bilal brought some high-quality dates to the Prophet (peace be upon him). The Prophet asked: "Where did you get these?" Bilal said: "I had low-quality dates and exchanged two measures of them for one measure of these to feed the Prophet." The Prophet said: "Oh no! This is the very essence of usury! Do not do this. Rather, if you wish to buy better dates, sell the inferior ones in a separate transaction and then buy the better ones."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہما نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے«الْمُخَابَرَةِ»”مخابرہ“،«الْمُحَاقَلَةِ»”محاقلہ“اور«الْمُزَابَنَةِ»”مزابنہ“سے منع فرمایا تھا، اسی طرح پھل کو پختہ ہونے سے پہلے بیچنے سے منع فرمایا تھا اور یہ کہ میوہ یا غلہ جو درخت پر لگا ہو دینار و درہم ہی کے بدلے بیچا جائے، البتہ«الْعَرَايَا»”عرایا“کی اجازت دی ہے۔[اللؤلؤ والمرجان/كتاب البيوع/حدیث: 992]
