Arabic (Original)
عَنْيَحْيَى بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُأَبِي، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُأَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" إِنَّفِي جَهَنَّمَ لَوَادِيًا، يُقَالُ لَهُ: لَمْلَمُ، إِنَّ أَوْدِيَةَ جَهَنَّمَ لَتَسْتَعِيذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنْهُ".
English Translation
Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "A time will come upon the people when the best wealth of a Muslim will be sheep, which he follows to the mountain peaks and places of rain, fleeing with his religion from trials."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”بے شک جہنم میں یقیناً ایک وادی ہے، جسے”لملم“کہا جاتا ہے۔ بے شک جہنم کی وادیاں اس کی حرارت سے پناہ مانگتی ہیں۔“[مسند عبدالله بن مبارك/حدیث: 143]
