Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا رِشْدِينُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الأَنْصَارِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ صُهْبَانَ، عَنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ قَوَدَ فِي الْمَأْمُومَةِ وَلاَ الْجَائِفَةِ وَلاَ الْمُنَقِّلَةِ " .
English Translation
It is narrated from Hadrat 'Abbas bin 'Abdul-Muttalib (may Allah be well pleased with him) that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated:“There is no retaliation for a head wound that does not reach the brain, a spear wound that does not penetrate deeply, or a wound that dislocates a bone.”
Urdu Translation
حضرت عباس بن عبدالمطلب رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: جو زخم دماغ یا پیٹ تک پہنچ جائے، یا ہڈی ٹوٹ کر اپنی جگہ سے ہٹ جائے، تو اس میں قصاص نہ ہو گا ۱؎۔
