Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ أَبِي السَّرِيِّ الْعَسْقَلاَنِيُّ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " إِذَا بَاعَ الْمُجِيزَانِ فَهُوَ لِلأَوَّلِ " .
English Translation
It is narrated from Hadrat Samurah (may Allah be well pleased with him) that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated:"If two (separate) authorized persons make a sale (of the same thing), then the first transaction is the one that is valid
Urdu Translation
حضرت سمرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: جب دو اختیار رکھنے والے ایک چیز کی بیع کریں تو جس نے پہلے بیع کی، اس کا اعتبار ہو گا ۔
