Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا " .
English Translation
It is narrated from Hadrat Samurah (may Allah be well pleased with him) that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated:"The two parties to a transaction have the choice (of annulling it) so long as they have not yet parted
Urdu Translation
حضرت سمرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: بیچنے اور خریدنے والے دونوں کو ( بیع منسوخ کرنے کا ) اختیار ہے، جب تک کہ وہ ایک دوسرے سے جدا نہ ہو جائیں ۔
