Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالَ قَالَتْ فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ قَيْسٍ طَلَّقَنِي زَوْجِي عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ثَلاَثًا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " لاَ سُكْنَى لَكِ وَلاَ نَفَقَةَ " .
English Translation
It is narrated that Hadrat Sha'bi (may Allah be well pleased with him) said:Hadrat Fatimah bint Qais said: “My husband divorced me at the time of the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) three times. The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: 'You have no right to accommodation or to maintenance.'”
Urdu Translation
شعبی کہتے ہیں کہ فاطمہ بنت قیس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا کا بیان ہے کہ میرے شوہر نے مجھے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے زمانہ میں تین طلاقیں دے دیں تو آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: تمہارے لیے نہ سکنی ( رہائش ) ہے، نہ نفقہ ( اخراجات ) ۱؎۔
