حَدَّثَنَابَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، عَنِابْنِ وَهْبٍ، عَنْمَالِكٍ، عَنْيَزِيدَ بْنِ رُومَانَ، عَنْصَالِحِ بْنِ خَوَّاتٍ،عَمَّنْصَلَّى مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ ذَاتِ الرِّقَاعِ صَلاةَ الْخَوْفِ،" أَنَّطَائِفَةً صَفَّتْ مَعَهُ وَصَفَّتْ طَائِفَةٌ وِجَاهَ الْعَدُوِّ، فَصَلَّى بِالَّتِي مَعَهُ رَكْعَةً ثُمَّ ثَبَتَ قَائِمًا وَأَتَمُّوا لأَنْفُسِهِمْ ثُمَّ انْصَرَفُوا فَصَفُّوا وِجَاهَ الْعَدُوِّ وَجَاءَتِ الطَّائِفَةُ الأُخْرَى فَصَلَّى بِهِمُ الرَّكْعَةَ الَّتِي بَقِيَتْ مِنْ صَلاتِهِمْ ثُمَّ ثَبَتَ جَالِسًا حَتَّى أَتَمُّوا لأَنْفُسِهِمْ ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ بِهِمْ".
English Translation
Narrated Salih bin Khawwat from one who prayed with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) on the day of Dhat Ar-Riqa' the Fear Prayer: A group formed a row with him and another group stood facing the enemy. He prayed one rak'ah with those who were with him, then remained standing while they completed the prayer on their own. They then withdrew and stood facing the enemy, and the other group came. He prayed with them the remaining rak'ah of his prayer, then remained seated while they completed their prayer on their own. Then he gave the Salam with them.
Urdu Translation
صالح بن خوات رحمہ اللہ اس آدمی سے بیان کرتے ہیں، جس نے غزوۃ ذات رقاع کے دن رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکے ساتھ نماز خوف پڑھی تھی کہ ایک گروہ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکے ساتھ صف میں شامل ہو گیا اور ایک گروہ دشمن کے سامنے کھڑا ہو گیا، آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلماپنے ساتھیوں کو ایک رکعت پڑھا کر سیدھے کھڑے ہو گئے، تو دوسری رکعت انہوں نے علیحدہ پڑھ لی، یہ دشمن کے سامنے صف میں کھڑے ہو گئے، تو دوسرا گروہ آ گیا، آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے باقی ایک رکعت ان کو پڑھائی اور سیدھے بیٹھ گئے، حتی کہ دوسری رکعت انہوں نے خود پڑھ لی، پھر آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے سلام پھیر دیا۔[المنتقى ابن الجارود/كتاب الصلاة/حدیث: 235]
