أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ سَلْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَرْمَلَةُ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ دَرَّاجٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْهَيْثَمِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «اسْتَكْثِرُوا مِنَ الْبَاقِيَاتِ الصَّالِحَاتِ» قِيلَ وَمَا هُنَّ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ؟ قَالَ «التَّكْبِيرُ وَالتَّهْلِيلُ وَالتَّسْبِيحُ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ»
English Translation
Hadrat Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: «Increase in the everlasting righteous deeds.» It was asked: «What are they, O Messenger of Allah?» He stated: «Magnification (Takbir), declaration of oneness (Tahlil), glorification (Tasbih), praise of Allah (Tahmid), and 'There is no power and no strength except with Allah.'»
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: «باقیات صالحات زیادہ کرو۔» عرض کیا گیا: «یا رسول اللہ! وہ کیا ہیں؟» آپ نے ارشاد فرمایا: «تکبیر، تہلیل، تسبیح، الحمد للہ اور لا حول ولا قوۃ الا باللہ۔»
