English Translation
Hadrat Abu Bakrah (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated: We were with the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) when the sun eclipsed. The Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stood up, dragging his garment, until he entered the mosque. We entered with him, and he prayed with us two Rak'ah until the sun became clear. Then the Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: "The sun and moon are two signs among the signs of Allah. They do not eclipse for the death of anyone. When you see that, pray and supplicate to Allah until it is removed from you."
