أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَبَّادٍ بِبُسْتٍ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الْأَشَجُّ حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عِيسَى الْحَنَفِيُّ* حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ بَيْنَمَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِالْمَدِينَةِ إِذْ قَالَ «اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ جَاءَ نَصْرُ اللَّهِ وَجَاءَ الْفَتْحُ وَجَاءَ أَهْلُ الْيَمَنِ قَوْمٌ نَقِيَّةٌ قُلُوبُهُمْ لَيِّنَةٌ طَاعَتُهُمْ الْإِيمَانُ يَمَانٍ وَالْفِقْهُ يَمَانٍ وَالْحِكْمَةُ يَمَانِيَّةٌ»
English Translation
Hadrat Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be well pleased with them both) narrated: While the Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) was in Madinah, he suddenly said: «Allah is the Greatest! Allah is the Greatest! The help of Allah has come, the victory has come, and the people of Yemen have come — a people whose hearts are pure and whose obedience is soft. Faith is Yemeni, understanding is Yemeni, and wisdom is Yemeni.»
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما بیان کرتے ہیں: نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم مدینہ میں تھے کہ اچانک فرمایا: «اللہ اکبر! اللہ اکبر! اللہ کی نصرت آ گئی، فتح آ گئی اور اہل یمن آ گئے — ایک قوم جن کے دل پاک ہیں اور ان کی اطاعت نرم ہے۔ ایمان یمنی ہے، فقہ یمنی ہے اور حکمت یمنی ہے۔»
