English Translation
Ahmad bin Ali bin al-Muthanna narrated to us, Affan narrated to us, Wuhayb narrated to us from Ayyub from Muhammad from Abu Hurayra from the Prophet (ﷺ) who said: 'Do you know who the bankrupt person is?' They said: The bankrupt among us is one who has no money or property. He said: 'The bankrupt person from my nation is one who comes on the Day of Resurrection with prayer, fasting, and charity, but he comes having insulted this one, slandered that one, consumed the wealth of this one, shed the blood of that one, and beaten this one. So this one is given from his good deeds, and that one is given from his good deeds. And if his good deeds run out before the score is settled, their sins will be taken and cast upon him, then he will be thrown into the Fire.'
