أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ سَلْمٍ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِصَامِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ ظَالِمٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ لِمَرْوَانَ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ حَدَّثَنِي حَبِيبِي أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ ﷺ الصَّادِقُ الْمَصْدُوقُ «إِنَّ فَسَادَ أُمَّتِي عَلَى يَدَيْ أُغَيْلِمَةٍ سُفَهَاءَ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ»
English Translation
Ali ibn al-Hasan ibn Salm al-Isbahani informed us, Muhammad ibn Isam ibn Yazid narrated to us, my father narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us from Simak ibn Harb from Malik ibn Zhalim who said: I heard Abu Hurayrah say to Marwan ibn al-Hakam: My beloved Abu al-Qasim (peace be upon him), the truthful and believed, narrated to me: "The corruption of my ummah will be at the hands of foolish young men from Quraysh."
