أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ بِحَرَّانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ «انْشَقَّ الْقَمَرُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِرْقَتَيْنِ»
English Translation
Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad ibn Abi Ma'shar narrated to us in Harran, he said: Muhammad ibn Bashshar narrated to us, he said: Ibn Abi 'Adi narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from Sulayman, from Mujahid, from Ibn Umar, from the Prophet ﷺ who said: 'Prayer in this mosque of mine is better than a thousand prayers elsewhere, except for the Sacred Mosque.'
