أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ السَّعْدِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ هَانِئٍ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ زِرٍّ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ سَأَلَهَا رَجُلٌ عَنْ مِيرَاثِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَتْ «أَعَنْ مِيرَاثِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ تَسْأَلُنِي لَا أَبَا لَكَ؟ وَاللَّهِ مَا وَرِثَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ دِينَارًا وَلَا دِرْهَمًا وَلَا عَبْدًا وَلَا أَمَةً وَلَا شَاةً وَلَا بَعِيرًا»
English Translation
Hadrat Aishah (may Allah be well pleased with her) narrated: A man asked her about the inheritance of the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him). She said: «Are you asking me about the inheritance of the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), may you have no father! By Allah, the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) did not leave behind a single dinar, nor a dirham, nor a slave, nor a slave-girl, nor a sheep, nor a camel as inheritance.»
Urdu Translation
حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے روایت ہے: ایک آدمی نے ان سے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی میراث کے بارے میں پوچھا۔ فرمایا: «کیا تو مجھ سے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی میراث کے بارے میں پوچھ رہا ہے، تیرا باپ نہ ہو! اللہ کی قسم، رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے میراث میں نہ کوئی دینار چھوڑا، نہ درہم، نہ غلام، نہ لونڈی، نہ بکری، نہ اونٹ۔»
