أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ قُتَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي السَّرِيِّ حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ حَدَّثَنَا عَوْفٌ سَمِعَ قَسَامَةَ بْنَ زُهَيْرٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيَّ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى خَلَقَ آدَمَ مِنْ قَبْضَةٍ قَبَضَهَا مِنْ جَمِيعِ الْأَرْضِ فَجَاءَ بَنُو آدَمَ عَلَى قَدْرِ الْأَرْضِ مِنْهُمُ الْأَحْمَرُ وَالْأَسْوَدُ وَالْأَبْيَضُ وَالْأَصْفَرُ وَبَيْنَ ذَلِكَ وَالسَّهْلُ وَالْحَزْنُ وَالْخَبِيثُ وَالطِّيبُ»
English Translation
Hadrat Abu Musa al-Ash'ari (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: "Indeed Allah, the Exalted, created Adam from a handful that He took from the entire earth. So the children of Adam came according to the nature of the earth: among them are red, black, white, and yellow, and those in between; and the gentle and the harsh, and the wicked and the good."
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابوموسیٰ اشعری رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: "بے شک اللہ تعالیٰ نے آدم کو ایک مٹھی سے پیدا فرمایا جو اس نے پوری زمین سے لی۔ تو بنی آدم زمین کے مطابق آئے: ان میں سے سرخ، سیاہ، سفید اور زرد ہیں اور ان کے درمیان والے بھی؛ اور نرم اور سخت اور خبیث اور پاکیزہ ہیں۔"
