أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ الْقَعْقَاعِ عَنْ أَبِي زُرْعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا عَدْوَى وَلَا طِيَرَةَ جَرَبِ بَعِيرٌ وَأَجْرَبَ مِائَةً فَمَنْ أَعْدَى الْأَوَّلَ؟ »
English Translation
Hadrat Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: "There is no contagious disease and no bad omen. One camel got mange and then a hundred got mange — so who gave the disease to the first one?"
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: "(ازخود) چھوت لگنا نہیں ہے اور بدشگونی نہیں ہے۔ ایک اونٹ کو خارش ہوئی پھر سو اونٹوں کو خارش ہو گئی — تو پہلے کو بیماری کس نے لگائی؟"
