أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا يَرِثُ الْمُسْلِمُ الْكَافِرَ وَلَا الْكَافِرُ الْمُسْلِمَ»
English Translation
Hadrat Usamah ibn Zayd (may Allah be well pleased with them both) narrated, attributing it to the Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him): "A Muslim does not inherit from a disbeliever, nor does a disbeliever inherit from a Muslim."
Urdu Translation
حضرت اسامہ بن زید رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے مرفوعاً نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے روایت ہے کہ آپ نے ارشاد فرمایا: "مسلمان کافر کا وارث نہیں ہوتا اور نہ کافر مسلمان کا وارث ہوتا ہے۔"
