أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ سَلْمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ «أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ بِعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ لِيُحَنِّكَهُ فَوَافَيْتُهُ بِيَدِهِ الْمِيسَمُ يَسِمُ إِبِلَ الصَّدَقَةِ»
English Translation
Ibn Salm narrated to us, saying: Abdul-Rahman bin Ibrahim narrated to us, saying: Al-Walid narrated to us from Al-Awza'i from Ishaq bin Abdullah bin Abi Talhah from Anas bin Malik, who said: "I brought Abdullah bin Abi Talhah to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) to perform Tahnik for him, and I found him with the branding iron in his hand branding the charity camels."
