أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ وَعَمْرَةَ بِنْتِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «تُقْطَعُ يَدُ السَّارِقِ فِي رُبْعِ دِينَارٍ فَصَاعِدًا»
English Translation
Hadrat 'A'ishah (may Allah be well pleased with her) narrated from the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) who stated: "The hand of the thief is to be cut off for a quarter of a dinar and upwards."
Urdu Translation
حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا: «چور کا ہاتھ ربع دینار اور اس سے زیادہ میں کاٹا جائے گا۔»
