أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْحَمَّالُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي فُدَيْكٍ عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا يَحِلُّ لِامْرَأَةٍ تُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ أَنْ تُسَافِرَ مَسِيرَةَ ثَلَاثِ لَيَالٍ إِلَّا وَمَعَهَا ذُو مَحْرَمٍ»
English Translation
Hadrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: «It is not permissible for a woman who believes in Allah and the Last Day to travel the distance of three nights except with a mahram.»
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: «جو عورت اللہ اور آخرت کے دن پر ایمان رکھتی ہو اس کے لیے جائز نہیں کہ تین راتوں کی مسافت کا سفر کرے مگر محرم کے ساتھ۔»
