أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى حَدَّثَنَا هُدْبَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْقَيْسِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامُ بْنُ يَحْيَى حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ نَسِيَ صَلَاةً فَلْيُصَلِّهَا إِذَا ذَكَرَهَا لَا كَفَّارَةَ لَهَا إِلَّا ذَلِكَ»
English Translation
Hadrat 'Uqbah ibn 'Amir al-Juhani (may Allah be well pleased with him) said: «There were three times during which the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) would forbid us from praying or burying our dead: when the sun begins to rise until it is fully risen, when the sun is at its zenith until it declines, and when the sun begins to set until it has fully set.»
Urdu Translation
حضرت عقبہ بن عامر جہنی رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا: «تین وقت تھے جن میں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ہمیں نماز پڑھنے یا اپنے مردوں کو دفن کرنے سے منع کرتے تھے: جب سورج طلوع ہونا شروع ہو یہاں تک کہ وہ مکمل طور پر طلوع ہو جائے، جب سورج اپنے عروج پر ہو یہاں تک کہ وہ ڈھل جائے، اور جب سورج غروب ہونا شروع ہو یہاں تک کہ وہ مکمل طور پر غروب ہو جائے۔»
