أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ الْغُضَائِرِيُّ بِحَلَبَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ شُجَاعٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُبَشِّرُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَمْكُثُ فِي سُجُودِهِ قَدْرَ مَا يَقْرَأُ الرَّجُلُ خَمْسِينَ آيَةً» تُرِيدُ فِي صَلَاةِ اللَّيْلِ
English Translation
Hadrat 'A'ishah (may Allah be well pleased with her) narrated «that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) would remain in his prostration for the duration it takes a man to recite fifty verses» - meaning in the night prayer.
Urdu Translation
حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت ہے «کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اپنے سجدے میں اتنی دیر ٹھہرتے جتنی دیر میں آدمی پچاس آیات پڑھ سکتا ہے» - یعنی رات کی نماز میں۔
