أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ النَّرْسِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى الْقَطَّانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ تُرْكَزُ لَهُ الْعَنَزَةُ فَيُصَلِّي إِلَيْهَا»
English Translation
Hadrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be well pleased with them both) narrated that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) used to have the anazah (short spear) planted for him, and he would pray facing it.
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے لیے عنزہ (چھوٹا نیزہ) گاڑ دیا جاتا اور آپ اس کی طرف نماز پڑھتے تھے۔
