أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ نُعَيْمٍ الْمُجْمِرِ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ يَحْيَى الزُّرَقِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ رِفَاعَةَ بْنِ رَافِعٍ الزُّرَقِيِّ قَالَ كُنَّا يَوْمًا نُصَلِّي وَرَاءَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَلَمَّا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الرَّكْعَةِ وَقَالَ «سَمِعَ اللَّهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ» قَالَ رَجُلٌ وَرَاءَهُ رَبَّنَا وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ حَمْدًا كَثِيرًا طَيِّبًا مُبَارَكًا فِيهِ فَلَمَّا انْصَرَفَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنِ الْمُتَكَلِّمُ آنِفًا؟ » فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ أَنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ بِضْعًا وَثَلَاثِينَ مَلَكًا يَبْتَدِرُونَهَا أَيُّهُمْ يَكْتُبُهَا أَوَّلُ»
English Translation
Umar ibn Muhammad al-Hamdani informed us, saying: Muhammad ibn Bashshar narrated to us, saying: Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, saying: Shu'bah narrated to us from Sulayman from Sa'd ibn Ubaydah from al-Bara' ibn Azib, who said: I observed the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and found that his standing and his bowing were nearly equal, and his prostration and his sitting between the two prostrations were nearly equal.'
