English Translation
Muhammad ibn al-Hasan ibn Qutaybah informed us, saying: Harmalah ibn Yahya narrated to us, saying: Ibn Wahb narrated to us, saying: Yunus informed me from Ibn Shihab, who said: Anas ibn Malik narrated to me, he said: 'I do not remember that I prayed behind anyone whose prayer was shorter or more complete than the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and his prayer would be moderate, and when he heard the crying of a child, he would lighten it, as though he feared that his mother would be put to trial.'
