أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ الْبُنَانِيِّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَنْعَتُ لَنَا صَلَاةَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ «يَقُومُ فَيُصَلِّي فَإِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ قُلْنَا قَدْ نَسِيَ مِنْ طُولِ الْقِيَامِ»
English Translation
Umar ibn Muhammad al-Hamdani informed us, saying: Muhammad ibn Bashshar narrated to us, saying: Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, saying: Shu'bah narrated to us from Thabit al-Bunani, who said: I heard Anas ibn Malik describing the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) to us: 'He would stand and pray, and when he raised his head from bowing, we would think he had forgotten (to proceed) due to the length of his standing.'
