Arabic (Original)
أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ أَنْبَأَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ «رَأَى فِي بَعْضِ مَغَازِيهِ امْرَأَةً مَقْتُولَةً فَأَنْكَرَ ذَلِكَ وَنَهَى عَنْ قَتْلِ النِّسَاءِ وَالصِّبْيَانِ»
English Translation
Hadrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) saw a woman who had been killed during one of his military expeditions. He disapproved of that and forbade the killing of women and children.
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابنِ عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے اپنے ایک غزوے میں ایک عورت کو مقتول دیکھا تو آپ نے اس کو ناپسند فرمایا اور عورتوں اور بچوں کو قتل کرنے سے منع فرمایا۔
